"1 Star (if possible 0) Worst Experience Ever – Hotel Denied Check-In Despite Confirmed Booking! I had a confirmed booking through Agoda, but when I reached the hotel, they flatly denied my check-in, claiming they had no rooms available. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had all confirmation details and payment proof, yet the staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to take any responsibility. After a long journey, I was left stranded without accommodation, with no apology or support from the hotel management. It’s shocking how a hotel can accept online bookings, confirm them, and then refuse entry as if it’s the guest’s fault. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — avoid this place at all costs. I strongly urge Agoda to review their partnership with such an unreliable property."
